Returns & Exchanges
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at cs@ukiyoe.works to request a return. After receiving authorization to return your item(s), place the item securely in its original packaging or a similarly-safe package, and mail your return to the following address:

If you live outside the U.S., please return your item(s) to our office in Japan. The address will be provided during the returns process. In certain circumstances, we may request that you ship the packages to someone in your country to expedite the returns process and to save on shipping fees.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return, as packages returned without tracking will not be refunded if they are not received.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Please Note
● A 5% restocking fee will be charged for all returns when the prints have remained sealed.
● A 35% return fee will be charged for all returns when the prints have been opened, as we can no longer guarantee that the items will be archival quality.
● Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
● Shipping fees to the customer will not be refunded.
