Shipping & Delivery

**The cost of delivery is a flat-rate, per-order fee of US$10/€14/£13 (US$15 for EU, Norway, UK, $10 elsewhere). In the shopping cart, the system incorrectly displays the shipping fee as being free.**

Processing Estimates

We are constantly printing to keep our inventory stocked, but it's likely that large orders may take some time to fulfill. Most orders will ship in 2-3 business days, but there may delays if we receive a large number of orders in a short time. (Prints need 48 hours to fully dry.)

Delivery

All of our prints are made in Japan. We will be keeping some stock in the United States to provide expedited shipping, but most orders to the U.S. will be fulfilled from Japan. Delivery estimates vary by country. In the U.S., it's usually around 2 weeks. Certain European countries only take 1 weeks, but most will take 2-4 weeks.

Packaging Materials

Orders will either be sent in cardboard boxes or thick paperboard tubes. Each bundle of paper will be in plastic to prevent the possibility of water damage.

Flat-Rate Shipping Fee

We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of US$10/€14/£13, excluding taxes. For the EU and UK, VAT will be collected on shipping fees when orders are below €150/£135. If you place multiple orders in a short amount of time, we will refund the additional shipping fee(s) and combine your orders. If you want us to hold off on shipping until you've placed another order in order to save on shipping costs, please send us a message through our contact page.
