Returns & Exchanges are only accepted on items that are defective

Due to the nature of these items being wearable, we are unable to accept returns and exchanges as a general service.

Every item is printed and manufactured on demand by manufacturing partners. We are also a small business with limited physical space and staffing. As such, we do not have the capability to accept returned items and offer them for sale as discounted, lightly used returns.

After the manufacturing process has begun, we will be unable to cancel and refund orders. This is typically going to be 24 hours after an order has been placed. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

When can an item be returned?

An item can be returned if there is a manufacturing defect, such as noticeably off-center artwork (including the pattern being at an angle), stitching missing or loose, or cutting errors.

We cannot accept returns on items that were the wrong size due to the customer selecting the wrong size. Please ensure that you ordered the correct size. Please message us as soon as possible after placing your order in the case of ordering the incorrect size. Larger sizes also typically cost more, so you will be required to pay any additional fees for larger sizes.

We can either give a full refund or offer a replacement item. Refunds and replacements will only be sent after the return has been verified.
